Thank you for shopping with us! We are a small business that creates made-to-order apparel, which allows us to offer a wide variety of colors, sizes, and styles.
Our Made-to-Order Policy
All shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are printed and produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
• Wrong size
• Wrong color
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
Please carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order. We strongly recommend double-checking all details at checkout.
What Is Eligible For Return
The print shops we partner with will gladly accept returns or offer replacements only in these cases:
• Damaged product (e.g., torn, heavily stained, or defective upon arrival)
• Manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect print, wrong color printed, missing design)
How to Report an Issue
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If your return is approved:
• We will either issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement item at no extra cost.
Final Sale Items
Any items marked as “Final Sale,” clearance, or special promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
